Overview
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Understand and commit to MPW’s safety program to ensure safety and compliance. Including but not limited to:
Lead by example, think critically
Promote and follow safety procedures/policies
Conduct safety observations
Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed all service level agreements and performance metrics
Support users and computers in multiple locations remotely and in person
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
Create technical documentation and update support procedures as required
Manage work queue for support incidents and requests within work order tracking system
Fully understand and follow inventory policies and procedures
Purchase, configure, and deploy new computers, networking hardware, and mobile devices
Participate in a weekly on-call schedule with other IT Support Specialists
Some travel required
Required Skills
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, or equivalent working experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills necessary
Strong knowledge of and experience with Windows Operating Systems including Windows 10 and Windows 7, imaging, networking, wireless, TCP/IP, Broadband connectivity
Strong knowledge of and experience with mobile devices including Iphone, Ipad, and Android
Desired experience with the following:
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management
Apple Configurator 2
Microsoft Powershell
Microsoft Azure AD
Microsoft Exchange Online
Microsoft Office365 Enterprise
Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
Microsoft Sharepoint Online
Sophos Security Applications
BMC TrackIt
Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Jabber
Meraki Networking
Required Experience
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, or equivalent working experience
